Tour and Travel Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking any tour or travel service with us.

1. Booking and Payment

By making a booking, you agree to pay a deposit of 25% of the total tour price. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 60 days before the departure date. For bookings made within 60 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.

2. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation fees apply as follows:

• 60 days or more before departure: Full refund minus a $100 administrative fee
• 30-59 days before departure: 50% of the total tour price
• Less than 30 days before departure: No refund

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.

3. Tour Itineraries

While we make every effort to operate tours as advertised, we reserve the right to change itineraries, accommodations, and included activities due to unforeseen circumstances or for the benefit of the group.

4. Traveler's Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring you have a valid passport and any required visas
• Obtaining any recommended or required vaccinations
• Adhering to the physical requirements of the tour
• Respecting local customs and laws of the destinations visited

5. Health and Fitness

By booking a tour, you certify that you do not have any physical, medical, or other condition that would create a hazard for you or other tour participants. We reserve the right to refuse any person as a tour participant if we determine they are not capable of meeting the rigors and requirements of participating in the tour activities.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any loss, damage, or injury incurred by you during the tour is limited to the amount paid for the tour. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury caused by third-party providers of services or due to circumstances beyond our control.

7. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all participants obtain comprehensive travel insurance, including coverage for trip cancellation, medical expenses, and emergency evacuation.

8. Photography and Marketing

We reserve the right to take photographs or videos during the tour and use them for promotional purposes. By participating in a tour, you grant us permission to use images in which you appear for such purposes.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/State] and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
