Tour and Travel Policy

Booking and Payment

• A 30% deposit is required to confirm your tour booking.
• Full payment is due 45 days prior to the tour start date.
• For bookings made within 45 days of the tour, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 60 days or more before the tour start date will receive a full refund minus a $100 administrative fee.
• Cancellations made 30-59 days before the tour will forfeit the 30% deposit.
• Cancellations made less than 30 days before the tour will not be eligible for a refund.
• No-shows will be charged the full tour price.

Tour Itinerary

• While we strive to adhere to the published itinerary, please note that it is subject to change due to weather conditions, local circumstances, or events beyond our control.
• Any significant changes to the itinerary will be communicated to participants as soon as possible.

Group Size

Our tours typically have a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 16 participants. Tours may be canceled or rescheduled if the minimum group size is not met. In such cases, a full refund or alternative tour dates will be offered.

Physical Requirements

Participants should be in good physical condition and able to walk for extended periods. Some tours may involve moderate hiking or other physical activities. Please consult the specific tour details or contact us if you have any concerns about the physical demands of a tour.

Travel Documents

Participants are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents, including valid passports, visas, and any required vaccinations. Please check the entry requirements for your destination well in advance of your tour.

Liability

While we take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and well-being of our tour participants, we cannot accept liability for any loss, damage, injury, or illness that may occur during the tour. Participants will be required to sign a liability waiver before joining the tour.
